I can't find a design I like. Do you have any more?
We have over 100 designs on our website, but if you can’t find anything you like, take advantage of our ‘Create Your Own‘ option. Simply upload your photo/design and let us do the rest!
If you have a specific design in mind, but don’t yet have any artwork, we have a team of in-house graphic designers ready to help. Please contact us for more information regarding this service.
How can I pay?
If you are a limited company, we can raise an invoice to be paid on receipt of goods. Otherwise, payment can be taken by credit/debit card (excludes American Express), cheque or bank transfer.
When can I expect delivery?
Orders are dispatched within 5 -7 working days from approval of your PDF proof. More detailed information about delivery can be found here.
Can I see my card before it is printed?
Can I have my company logo/details inside in colour?
Yes. For just 20p+VAT per card we can print the inside of your cards in full colour. (Colour printing on calendars is included in the pricing).
Can you print my company logo and staff signatures inside the cards?
Yes. For £25 we can print your company logo and/or signatures in black inside your cards (colour printing is an extra 20p+VAT per card).
If you would like to include your staff signatures inside the cards, please sign a blank sheet of paper (making sure the signatures do not overlap), scan (at least 300dpi), and upload this with your order. We can re-arrange signatures digitally for you. Alternatively, you can request one of our ‘signature signing forms’ by phone at 0207 1012 756 or by email: sales@ganymedpress.co.uk
Are cards/calendars supplied with envelopes?
All of our cards, folding desk calendars, and card calendars are supplied with a white peel-and-seal envelopes.

Which charity can I support/how much will they receive?
Choose a UK-registered charity that will then receive 10p+VAT per card you order. Your chosen charity’s details will be printed on the inside left page of your cards. (If you wish to remove the charity imprint, we can do so. Your donation will still go to your chosen charity). More detailed information about our charity donations can be found here.
How much is delivery?
Can you add my company name or logo to the front of a card?
Yes. Many of our cards are suitable to be front personalised with your company name and logo. Look out for the ‘Front Personalised’ titled cards online.

I have ordered from you in the past, will you have my artwork?
What details can I include inside my cards?
All personalisation inside in black is included in the price of your cards. You can print your company name, address, telephone number, website, tagline, personal message, poem, family newsletter, price list; or anything you wish! You can also change the font style, size, and position free of charge.
Here are some of our optional extras for inside your cards:
- To add a company logo/staff signatures: £25+VAT
- To add colour inside £0.20p per card+VAT
