How is it regulated?
As charities are generally obliged to ring-fence the work of their charity from the risk of any trading operation, payment of the indicated royalty is made by Ganymed Press Ltd. (plus VAT where applicable) to the charity trading company of the specifically indicated registered charity. The business relationship between Ganymed Press. (commercial participator), the charity, and the charity trading company is in all cases on this site defined by legal contract as required by the Charities Act 1992.
